Join Christine Bhe, Certified Instructor, Tai Chi for this mind/body exercise that will leave you feeling energized, uplifted, and centered. Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels. What you will need: A stable chair without wheels that allows your feet to fully connect to the floor. Loose comfortable clothing, shoes are optional. Water for hydration.
