Writing for Wellbeing – Part 2: Unsent Letters

Writing to a specific person for a specific reason can be a powerful emotional experience.  In this kind of “transactional writing” we are communicating our strong feelings of regret, gratitude, and forgiveness, which can have a profound effect on our wellbeing as we let go of long held emotions.
