Writing for Wellbeing – Part 3: Expressing Joy and Gratitude

While expressive writing can be a powerful tool to explore what and how we have survived, it can also be used to explore and affirm the blessings and gifts we’ve received.  In this session we will focus on using expressive writing as a means of recognizing what is good and nurturing in our existence.
