Writing for Wellbeing- Part 1: Writing to Gain Perspective

In this workshop we will learn a little about the history and benefits of expressive writing and try it out as a tool for insight and expression. Expressive writing strategies will give us particular access to thoughts and feelings about important matters in our lives.
