Weathering Changes in Caregiving

This time of year is all about transitions. As we move from winter to spring, there’s the hope of sunnier, warmer days ahead. However, the start of this season can be unpredictable. We’re not sure if the weather will bring sun, rain, or even snow. Caregiving can sometimes feel quite similar. We’re not sure what each day will bring, and so try to prepare for each new situation, for good days and challenging ones. This presentation will focus on how we respond to changing situations while caregiving. We’ll provide practical tips and strategies for preparing for the future, learning to pivot, and living in the present moment.
