We all long to feel valued, supported and needed by others – to belong, which remains important in older age. We will experience how mindfulness and writing can help keep our connections to others strong and stave off loneliness. There will be a special emphasis on using these tools to help you savor the upcoming holidays. It is encouraged to attend all three classes for the maximum benefit.
