Mindful Self-Compassion & Kindness – Part 2

Extending to ourselves the kindness and compassion we show others can make us more resilient and mindful of what it means to be a human being. By taking better care of ourselves, through mindfulness and writing, we are made stronger and are a better support to others. It is encouraged to attend all three classes for the maximum benefit.
