How to Advocate for Yourself about Your Health Care Wishes

This class will review options that are available to document your wishes about medical care and end of life decisions. Participants will be introduced to resources that are available to help you document and communicate your wishes to the people in your life that you would want to make those decisions for you and help you plan a strategy to start the conversation about your wishes.
