Chair Yoga with Judi

Breathe and gently stretch your way to a comfortable body and more relaxed mind. No previous yoga experience is needed to gain the benefits of this centuries-old practice. Chair yoga is a fun, accessible way to short-circuit stress and build flexibility, balance, and strength. Appropriate for all levels of ability and challenges. What you will need: An armless, straight-backed chair, a yoga tie (or a necktie, belt, or a piece of fabric), and comfortable clothing.
