
Stress/Food Connection: How Stress Affects What We Eat

There’s no doubt that stress is a part of our life. Every day there seems to be something – big or small – that presents a challenge. Let’s take a closer look at Stress and how it impacts our eating behavior. Through understanding the body/mind connection we can make better choices in our diets each and every day. As part of this session, we’ll do an exercise in Mindful Eating.
