Staying Fit with Arthritis

Join us to learn how to improve or maintain strength and joint range of motion; decrease fatigue or increase endurance, reduce pain and stiffness in your joints; maintain or improve daily activities; and improve overall health. You will need hand-held weights or if you don’t have weights you can substitute with water bottles or soup cans.
