Seated TaiChi

Taiji (Tai Chi) exercise guided from a seated position. The slow flowing movements along with relaxed breather will gently activate your entire body for improved range of motion, strength, and stamina. There are no routines to learn or forms to remember, just follow Christine’s lead through this mind/body exercise that will leave your feeling energized, uplifted, and centered.  Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.

What you will need: A stable dining chair, (a chair without wheels) that keeps your feet fully connected to the floor. Loose comfortable clothing, shoes are optional. Water for hydration.
