Pilates/Yoga Fusion

A combination of Pilates and Yoga movements and exercises focusing on proper alignment, combined to form a complete mind and body workout. This class will increase your flexibility, posture, balance, and core strength.

What you will need: An armless, straight-backed chair not on wheels.
