A two-part program exploring different meditation techniques, mindful practices and how to incorporate these practices into your daily lives. This two-part series will explore the benefits of meditation, offer several examples of guided practices, and include some tips on incorporating meditation and mindfulness into your daily life to achieve more balance. Best done as a two-part session but participants will benefit from both offerings.
