Letting Go of Caregiver Guilt

Feeling guilt while caregiving is a common experience. Thoughts may go through your head like, “I’m not doing enough,” or “I should’ve done this.” These emotions can be difficult and draining. In this presentation, we won’t shy away from feelings of guilt. We will acknowledge our feelings and discuss some of the common causes of caregiver guilt.
