Curious about meditation? Looking for ways to support an ongoing practice? Join us to learn more about the benefits of meditation for mind and body. This class will explore how meditation can help break the “stress cycle” and practice some simple techniques you can use every day to create ease, boost creativity, and make life more joyful. No previous experience needed – just bring an open mind.
