Gentle Chair Yoga/QI Stretch Class

This class is designed to enhance flexibility and functional mobility in day to day living. We work with simple stretching and qigong movement with multiple options offered to support each person where they are, on their journey through life. The class is a combination of seated and standing postures, using the chair for support. The class strives to leave participants feeling relaxed and refreshed to move on with their day or evening.
What you will need: A stable chair without wheels that allows your feet to fully connect to the floor. Loose comfortable clothing, shoes are optional. Water for hydration.
