Embracing New and Refreshing Old (ways, habits)

Remember the grade school song that taught us to ‘make new friends but keep the old, one is silver and the other gold’? Habits are much like that. There are old habits like setting a sleep routine, drinking 64 ounces of water each day, and getting your 10,000 steps we need to revisit. We also need to add some new ones like embracing self-care, crafting the best food plan, and keeping your brain sharp. Join nationally certified Health and Wellness Coach Benita Zahn for ideas on crafting a game plan so you can BE YOUR BEST.
