Breathe and gently stretch your way to a comfortable body and more relaxed mind. No previous yoga experience needed to gain the benefits of this centuries-old practice. Chair yoga is a fun, accessible way to short-circuit stress and build flexibility, balance, and strength. Appropriate for all levels of ability and challenges.
What you will need: An armless, straight-backed chair, a yoga tie (or a necktie, belt, or a piece of fabric), and comfortable clothing.
Please consider: If you have an ongoing health issue, it is best to check with your health care provider before beginning your yoga practice. If you have safety concerns, you may consider having someone nearby to call on should you need assistance.
