Breathwork for Wellbeing

Breath is life! The practice of yogic breathing (Pranayama) offers many ways to tap into the breath to build energy, cleanse the body of toxins, and calm the effects of stress and tension. During this program we will explore how the body utilizes the breath for life and health, and practice techniques of breathing that will benefit us every day.
