Pilates/Yoga fusion combines the stretch, focus, flexibility, and balance of a yoga practice with the stability that comes from Pilates exercises. In this intermediate level class, we will activate deep core muscles as we develop shoulder, core and pelvic stability. The challenging combination of strengthening poses with flowing movement makes this a great way to tone and strengthen your entire body.
