18 Movement seated Tai Chi Qigong (ShiBaShi)

Enjoy healing Qigong paired with traditional Tai Chi forms. Qigong is a mind/body exercise that utilizes the breath, mental focus, and movement to activate and remove stagnant energy or “Qi” caused by stress, illness, trauma, or injury.  Find a sense of ease and calm as Christine leads you in this gentle yet powerful practice. Suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.

Equipment: A stable chair, or bench without wheels that allows your feet to fully connect to the floor. Loose comfortable clothing. Shoes are optional.
